Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept mail-ins of IYK products, including exchanges or returns.

If you are unable to use your product due to a major cosmetic imperfection or a software or setup issue, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to address your issue. If we aren’t able to, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement. IYK has the right to deny refunds or replacements if the requests do not meet our criteria.

Please note that products may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scuffs or scratches, as a result of the shipping and handling process.

Please allow roughly 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for delivery.

IYK is not responsible for packages that are delayed, stolen, lost in transit, or damaged in the shipping process. If you face any issues with your order, please email us at **[email protected]** and we will try to assist to the best of our ability.


International Orders

IYK ships to most countries worldwide—please see additional details below.

We typically ship via UPS and USPS. Please allow roughly 1-2 business days for international orders to be processed and, depending on the destination country, up to an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery (not including customs and import processing times, which vary widely). Kindly note that international customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and other fees charged by the destination country and/or courier as part of the customs and delivery process. Such fees are determined by local customs offices and not by IYK.
